The new album by FIERCE HEART, entitled “War For The World” will be available on DARK STAR RECORDS/SONY/UNIVERSAL on Sept 25th, 2020.

Fierce Heart is a truly impressive band, flying the flag of best classic hard rock tradition, enhanced by melodic vocals and and strong hooks.

In 1985 Atlantic Records released the debut album from FIERCE HEART fronted by guitarist Rex Carroll, while in 1986 Rex Carroll formed the group Whitecross, playing also with band King James while the New singer for Fierce Heart Robert Reynolds headed up the band Grave Danger.

Following the original Atlantic album release AOR BLVD Records contacted Rex for an officia re-release. This project became a springboard, with a performance that followed at the Melodic Rock Festival. Fierce Heart was the surprise hit of the festival with fans turning out in droves, demanding the permanent reformation of the band and a new album.

And now it’s time for this WAR FOR THE WORLD.

A brilliant album opened by shredding instrumental INTO THE SUN and followed by BUILT FOR SPEED.

Strong and powerful hard rock where we can find a lot of space for solo parts of REX CARROLL; the rhythm section does a great job while vocals are also at highest level.

Not least OUT FOR BLOOD, with its Van Halen flavoured solo, while JUST GOT LUCKY reminds us somethin from best DOKKEN.

In LOST INSIDE YOUR LOVE we can find somethin’ different, a fancy ballad with a central solo again to remark, while in anthemic POWER TO ROCK they provide again eighties and blasting eighties hard rock.

After BAD CHILD, REST MY BONES, shows a first slice with acoustic guitar, while in the second they return to their classic trademarks.

They push again in LONG TIME and in the title-track, before ROAD TO NOWHERE, one of our favs, ends in the best way this great platter.

FIERCE HEART ARE BACK..TO SUGGEST WITHOUT HESITATION.
